Strategic Plan
[tabby title=”Booklet”]On October 15, 2022, our Board of Directors met for a strategic retreat to determine goals and objectives for the next 3 years. Their “Wheel of Focus” honed in on Culture, Policies, Finance, Facilities, Leadership and Programs.
Those discussions resulted in new vision, mission, and values statements as well as eight (8) strong SMART goals from each slice of the Wheel of Focus to shore up strategic weaknesses. This plan will go into effect January 1, 2023.

This wheel covers the five main aspects of service that boards are responsible for – Culture, Policies, Finance, Facilities and Leadership. Since Turning Pages is volunteer-driven, the Board is often involved in moving the programmatic structure forward also, so our Programs were also included in this strategic plan. The percentage shown on this wheel shows the amount of focus each area will get in the coming years. For example, we have one goal each in Culture, Policies, Facilities and Programs but two goals each in Finance and Leadership.
